We make our dough with Giusto's "00" Flour.  Our sauce is made with fresh packed crushed tomatoes from Stanislaus in the Central Valley of California that has no added salt or citric acid. Our Fennel Sausage is house made using Fennel, Ginger, Red Pepper Flakes, Salt, Pepper and White Wine.
